Continuous Hot Water

Tankless or on demand water heaters efficiently provide a continuous hot water supply by heating the water as it goes through the unit. Tankless Hot Water Heaters heat water as its needed and therefore do not have any standby loss.  Tankless Hot Water Heaters are a great option for those who constantly run out of hot water with a normal storage tank, have a specific hot water use such as a garden tub or spa, have minimal hot water use, or would like to create space and improve efficiency with a compact efficient unit. We install, service, and repair tankless hot water heaters in the Central New York area.

Natural Gas and Propane Tankless Water Heaters

A tankless hot water heater is activated when a hot water faucet is opened, cold water flows into the unit activating the flow sensor in the water control valve, this activates the heat exchanger. The water first flows through a secondary stainless steel heat exchanger, from there the preheated water cycles through the primary copper heat exchanger where it is rapidly heated up. The water extracts enough heat from the exhaust that it is vented through PVC pipes. The hot water then flows from the unit at the ideal temperature to wherever it is needed.  We install natural gas and propane tankless water heaters in the Utica-Rome, NY area.

Heat Pump Water Heater

Efficient and Affordable

Heat Pump Water Heaters are an energy efficient hybrid electric and heat pump storage water heater. The Hybrid Heat Pump Water heater uses extracted heat from the surrounding areas to heat water with high efficiency. A fan pulls air through the upper enclosure of a heat pump on the top of the unit through a filter which removes any debris or dust. The heat in the air is then absorbed by an eco-friendly refrigerant in the evaporative coil and cool dehumidified air is exhausted. The refrigerant tubing is wrapped around the hot water tank which transfers the heat to the water.
